Not Keeping Coffee warm

I have gone through 2 of your travel mugs in the past year and both have loss there insulated properties will not keep coffee warm, maybe 2 hours. when I first used them they lasted 5-6 hours.
Have you lessen your design properties for cheaper material the better profits.

This is my favorite travel mug.
Easily fits an XL coffee anywhere.
Keeps it hot for hours, I just replace every couple of years. Love it!

Need to be able to purchase replacement lids

I want to give this rating 5 stars. I have been using this style for years. I love that it keeps my coffe hot and it is 100% leak proof until the lid breaks or the seal goes in the lid. The tumbler seems indestructible however the lids dont have the same longevity. My complaint is that you cannot buy just a replacement lid. You have to buy a new mug. I now have 3 tumblers with no lids. I hate to throw them out but have no use for them without lids.

No longer holds temperature

It was working fine, but after about 6 months the vacuum insulation quit working and now only stays cold or hot for a couple of hours at the most. The outside gets hot (or cold) depending.

Great thermos!!! Have been using this every day at work for a long time. Has survived many falls to the ground and is still going strong. Keeps ice in it all day even in the heat.

I love this mug and have several. It is my go to mug even when drinking my morning chai at home. After several years I am having a problem with one cover always leaking and lost the rubber stopper to another. How do I get replacements?

While I have only has this product a couple weeks, I think it is great. Have yet to see all the leaking problems others have had. Have been using contigo for over 7 years now and upgraded recently. I'm sure time will tell but so far I like this over the push button version we have had.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Never believe the claim it stays hot

Never believe the claim it stay hot for 6-8 hours I bought 3 of them for me and family barley keep hot even if I put hot water in before I pour coffe to keep it hot and its good for 1 hour barley warm not even that.
