I’ve had no luck with this mug leaks around the top when screwed on . I have had many contigo mugs that were great but this one is horrible. Would not recommend purchasing this one . Get a different contigo mug .

No parts, just add this concept to the landfill

Nice and durable, insulated mug, BUT pretty wasteful for a company to not supply replacement rubber seals/parts and just contribute to our throwaway society clogging up landfills. My mug worked great until the tiny rubber ball seal disappeared one day, then drizzled all over me.

Leaks like a Sieve

Lid leaks, they say leakless but the gasket, sharp edge and threads aren't properly aligned. The edge is sharp so it grabs, rolls and removes the gasket as the lid is tightened. If you don't stop tightening the lid at the right spot you'll be wearing your coffee. To little and it leaks to much and it leaks. Poor design absolute garbage, 10 out of 10 will never buy another Contigo product again.

Leaking Bottle

I was given a contigo Byron as a gift some months ago and I loved how it kept my coffee piping hot but lately it seems to not only be leaking when you screw it on no matter how tight it dosen't keep my coffee hot very long anymore

Best coffee keeper EVER!!!

I absolutely LOVE this brand so much I bought a smaller one 1st, my problem now is finding this model to purchase, it’s my favorite color and I have a 20 oz and 24 oz pink one can someone tell me where I can purchase this exact one, it has been a while since I’ve had them but I want to renew them with this color. My coffee stays hot so much that I need to open the top to cool it off most morning but it also after closing it remains warm till the last sip.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Perfect size 24oz I love I could add a protector cover on top! Because when I work whit it got à lot of dirt on the top were I drink.

Try it to brew tea!

I love this mug, but I mainly use it to brew tea! When I pour it into my ceramic mug, I use the pour spout and push it shut mid-stream so there are no drops spilling down the side. It's awesome!
