Since the reviews for these pens are so different I want to clear up something about them. Both the negative and positive reviews are correct. The tips of the pens are coated with something that makes them unusable. If you remove that substance the ink flows smoothly. So at such a good price they are a real bargain.

This pen does not work on all paper surfaces especially if the paper is not if a certain thickness it will require a clipboard underneath for ink to release from the ballpoint. Not a great look for a business when getting a clients signature.
