While these write well they feel cheap and the bottom parts (at the ball point end) come apart easily. More annoying the pens have some gel-like goo on the end presumably to keep the ink from drying out but it is really really hard to pull off. I've seen similar on Uniball pens where it comes right off when you start writing but no on these pens it stays in the way of the ink and you practically have to pull it off with your nails. So no these are not my new favorite pens.
