ruined a sport coat dress shirt

Used the pen one time. Wrote well. I put the cap on placed into my jacket pocket. The pen came off of the cap and the tip of the pen came off. Ink leaked on the front and back of the jacket onto the shirt and my chest. I took the shirt and jacket to the cleaners which helped some but the jacket is Tan so its not as blue as it was but you can still still see the stain... the shirt it didn't come out so both items were thrown away as well as the two boxes of pens

THE GRIP IS GREAT BUT THE POINT DID NOT WRITE WELL AT FIRST HAD TO STRIP MANY TIME PAPER BEFORE IT WOULD WRITE.
