Best cheap pens

These pens punch way above their weight class. They write very smoothly for such an inexpensive pen.

Great pens

These pens are really great. They roll so easily on the page making it very nice to write with. No longer do I have to use extra pressure to get the pen to write. I recommend these highly.

Terrible substitute for a Staples favorite
on March 22, 2022

This was suggested as a substitute for the discontinued Staples Aura ballpoint pin which I loved. It is terrible The ink skips and has rough spots on the tip scratching across the paper occasionally. Barrel is much thinner and harder to grasp. I will not be repuchasing.

Poor quality pen

This apparently is the Staples replacement for the now discontinued Staples Aura ball point pen. The ink skips repeatedly the pen tip scratches across the paper indicating poor quality. Around terrible pen even at a low price. Had to throw out the entire box. Will not repurchase.

Red Ballpoint Pens

The pen has a rubberized grip around the lower portion of the pen which makes it easy to hold and write. Out of the box the tip of the pen has a small coating of plastic to prevent the ink from drying. Once you remove the coating the pen writes in the red ink desired.
