This is a very useful and affordable tool for keeping documents in order. My plan is create a collection of material that will support my professional plans. It's a place to collect resumes photos documents letters licenses or letters of recommendation. If you keep all these documents in one place you will be better able to find them when you need them. Staples doesn't have an outrageous selection of colors for these notebooks. You won't find mauve tangerine honeydew watermelon lobster bisque cinderella pink avocado midnight indigo or cherry delight in the selection. But if you want black blue or white - you're in luck!

Sufficient for hold temp documents. Low quality however one should note that for the price it is a good binder. Good for students.

This came quickly (as normal with Staples) and was exactly what I needed. I did like the "textured" cover - gives it a little bit more style than just the normal plastic.

Makes us look professional.

We use the three ring binder to hold our choral music that we use in each Sunday worship service. Each choir member has the same binder the same color. This shows that we are professional and in accord with each other. By using the three ring binder it is easier to change our music pages each week. This binder holds up better than the standard binders and last longer. We will continue to use the three ring binder for our music department and in other oragnaizations where we need to make changes each week.
