Red Death lights after a few charge cycles.

Battery gave red death light after only a few uses. Had a couple of them do this. Would not recommend.

Leakage

Have this battery for my leaf blower and have not used it all that much. Only charge rarely and today got it down from the shelf and there’s leakage out of it. Read Online that it could be “phase change material for thermal management”?!?
Is that true? Also, why would this be happening to a battery that’s hardly used across the last approximately 3-5 years??
