The only thing I can complain about is the trigger pull, it limits the amount of time I can work.
I have arthritis in my thumbs and wrists. I will tell you this machine tears up the weeds. I love it, and am so very happy I have it. It does the work fast.

Only had this battery with blower for 2 weeks, but so far one of the best I have ever used with plenty of power for blowing grass and leaves in my 1/4 acre yard. This sure is easier then my electric blower and I am very pleased.

This a review of the PwrCore 40 Lithium 40v, 2.5Ah Rechargeable Battery.
The Skil Pwrcore 40 Brushless 40v, 24”, Hedge Trimmer and 40v, 2.5Ah, rechargeable battery are fantastic! The 40v battery charges fast, and (tops off) recharges even faster. The trimmer is powerful enough to take on all of my 54’ long, 3’ wide hedges, even the dried up, dead branches. I never would have believed that a cordless trimmer could do the beautiful job that the Pwercore 40 trimmer does, if I hadn’t seen it with my own eyes. And, the rechargeable battery is remarkable. After over 40-minutes of continuous trimming, the handy, onboard battery level indicator reported that the battery was still three-quarters full. Like I said, remarkable!
Even though I’m in my 70’s, and my arm muscles have seen better days, I had no problem wielding this trimmer. The battery does lend a bit more weight to this otherwise very light trimmer. Even so, battery and all, it’s still lighter, and much easier to handle than my old corded trimmer.
Note: Spare batteries are very expensive, especially if you purchase the higher amp-hour battery. I’m hoping I will never have to purchase a replacement battery. And, the 2.5Ah battery that comes with the trimmer kit is more than enough to handle even the larger branches of my hedge.
