Good features but not without issues

I loved Ashland autospout water bottle when I first bought it, as it is east to use one handed, great size and looks good. It is a bit top heavy when empty. Just like the previous autospout, this one leaks from the button (maybe water gets trapped there). I bought mine in Feb and in September it started drawing air. I checked the fit of straw and it was ok, but it still won’t work. It has always been hand washed and used very carefully. I have used 5 Contigo products in last 10 years and this is the only one that stopped working within few months.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Keeps cold

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The best part about this bottle is that it keeps my water cold all day. The mouth spout is comfortable and has never leaked. I like that the handle fits comfortably on my pinky, making it easy to carry this to and from my car when on the go!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have bought three of these and each one has had the same problem we’re nothing will come up the straw. Done everything I know to do and still nothing.

Short Lifespan

I purchased this water bottle approximately 6 months ago and have used it only a handful of times as it's on a rotation with my other bottles. After 4-5 washes on the top rack, the straw/straw seal no longer works properly. No matter how many times I adjust the straw, I sip up more air than water. The bottle also leaks on occasion for which I cannot find the source (possible related to the straw/straw seal).
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Lid doesn't work

I loved this water bottle for my 1st grader until the lid stopped working. It get stuck in the closed position after pressing the button to open it. It just doesn't pop open without a lot of force. Sometimes I can't get it so how is a 7 year old supposed to manage it.

seal disappeared

Love this water bottle... until the seal inside disappeared. I only hand wash. Now it is not useable due to the lid doesn't close tightly and it leaks.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Prefer older model, these leak

I purchased three of these (July 2022) for summer and school. All three of them leak, even when I’m the lock position, so can’t go in backpacks or bags. My previous ones were amazing, really disappointing as the straw is great.

Beware! Pretty but impossible to use!

I purchased two of these and have ruined my car. My clothes, wherever I am when I try to take a drink. I fill with water, lock it and when I try to push and open, a quick rush of water shoots out. I try not locking- it still shoots out. If it is something I am doingContigo, tell me. They are pretty, but I gave up.
