Love the water bottle, but has a few catches

Overall, I love this bottle. I have three problems with it. First, when I shake the bottle (to add some flavorings or so), and then push the spout release button, liquid goes all over the place. There are a couple workarounds, so this is not a real problem any more.
The second problem I have is that because of all the nooks and crannies in the mechanism, it is very hard to clean thoroughly; there are some hidden places where dirt starts accumulating. Eventually, the only option is to replace the bottle; I may end up going back to a simple old-fashioned water bottle for this reason although I love the AutoSpout feature.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Defective Bottle

I purchased this a few weeks ago and the first day I used it, the bottle had a very squeaky sound when you drink from it. The water didn’t flow through the spout properly. No matter what I tried the bottle didn’t work. It’s my only water bottle right now and i fill with water and I take it to the gym. I have to take off the cap just to drink water and it’s very inconvenient. Do not purchase.

was alright until it stopped working

used this bottle for about 2 months before the straw started poking a hole through the mouthpiece at the place where it bends to seal.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not so good

I have a bottle 7 months washed regularly now water tastes bad going out of service and will switch to other brand

Great Size with Contigo Spill Proof Power

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since a lot of things are still closed due to Pandemic, it is important for me and my family to have water from home with us on the go. This 32oz bottle from Contigo is a great size to take running errands or to the ball game to help keep us hydrated. Made with the known Contigo spill proof technology, I don't have to worry about my kids spilling water in the car or on the ground for fun and running out. The grey color of the bottle is nice also and neutral enough that my husband will try to take the bottle for himself somedays. This is great to have for your time outside the house.

Really liked this bottle until...

I have used your water bottles for years and just got a new one. I was really disappointed with the new mouth piece. It is way too short. The water hits the teeth directly, which is bad for someone with sensitive teeth like me. It is much harder to draw the water out as well. I had to return the bottle.

Really love the core triton water bottle
