Doesn’t leak

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bottle is cute and it doesn’t leak but i prefer insulated bottles. But this would be good for a quick work out or errands. It would also be good for a kids ballgame or practice. It’s durable so it should last.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Absolutely Amazing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this about a week or so ago and my wife loves it. Its super easy to use and its extremely convenient that it has a lock for the drinking spout, because she is clumsy and she is always spilling stuff!

It was great, until…

I received this as a Christmas gift and was in love with it until it started messing up out of nowhere. Air gets through the straw so there’s air bubbles and now it’s incredibly hard to suck water up. I tried fixing it on my own and noticed that there’s some little piece of the straw that’s sticking out, it must be out of place. I don’t know how it happened, I know I didn’t do anything to break it. I’ve only had it a few months so I’m very disappointed!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great when it worked

I enjoyed this product, with it's sleek look and simple features. However, there were frequent issues with the pressure and opening. It spat water with every single opening, which was fine when it was only a few droplets, but during one occasion, it continued to erupt water like a volcano right after opening, spilling all over int he car. There was also a lot of water buildup around the screwing of the top, so opening it in any way was almost impossible to stay dry. And though I first appreciated the straw being part of the bend, it does create some extremely difficult to clean bends where a major amount of buildup occurred. Now, less than 5 months later, there is a hole in the straw in the top part of the cap, which is odd to disassemble to say the least. Upon taking it apart showed a small pocket where the buildup collected that would have been impossible to clean.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great but doesn’t last

They work great snd don’t spill but on one of the bottles the rubbery clear part under the lid where the straw pushes into has a hole. We can’t find a replacement part. It really only lasted a few months. Got these because they look like the lasted.

Great Customer Service

Before I had a leaky water bottle that would squeak and make weird noises. I contacted them and they are on it, sending me a replacemtn only hours after I filed my complaint. I'm definitley recommending this company to my friends and family. I'm buying all my water bottles from here from now on!

Original Model Was Much Better

These newly designed water bottles are sub-par compared to the previous model. The lid is so heavy/chunky which makes it top heavy when not completely full. The straw is no longer hard plastic but instead a clear, less durable version. Finally, it no longer has a clip on the handle which really came in handy. Really wish you could still buy the previous version. We will sadly have to switch to another brand.

Not as good as it seems

I have to admit when I first saw this water bottle it seemed great, then later on I started noticing issues: the first one being that if the bottle hasn't been resting right side up, when you go to take a drink the autospout will spurt water everywhere. Another issue is that there must be a leak somewhere in the lid that keeps sucking in air which prevents you from taking a full swig and its very annoying. Then there's the issue of the straw length: it reaches nearly right down to the bottom of the bottle, which was understandably designed to maximize the amount of water you can drink from the bottle, but the problem with this is that often the straw will directly touch the bottom making it impossible to suck any water from it. As another reviewer mentioned, there are nooks and crannies in the lid that are hard to clean. Just a disappointing water bottle overall. Simpler is better and this has too many bits and parts that will inevitably fail and render the bottle useless.
