I absolutely 100% regret paying this much money for the most uncomfortable piece of garbage. Just buy slab of sidewalk, it'll be much more comfortable and a heck of a lot cheaper.

AMAZING!!!

I injured my back eight years ago and have been dealing with back pain, especially at night. From night one I have woken up with no pain at all. This was the best investment we have made in ourselves in our 15 years of marriage.

The mattress is comfortably soft but firm. The only reason I rated it as less than 5 stars is that it was almost impossible for us to find and copy the serial number so register we could register it. I am 78 years old and had to lift three different corners of the mattress to find the correct label while my wife stuck her head under the mattress and wrote it down. This was very stressful both physically and mentally.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

comfortable bed, I currently have breeze rhapsody bought it at 2012-2013 old artvan , well when I bought It I thought it was comfortable but it kinda was firm.. there policy was awful.. so now I know better just go to temperpedic store.. not the quote official dealers.. Now I can't wait for my bed to get here, I have been having shoulder pain, and the new bed will be so much better.. I recently bought sleep number bed in October, and I am returning them they will be picked up next week.. so uncomfortable.. forever now a tempurpedic girl

Wonder mattress

We went into the store to buy a box spring for our son and walked out with box, mattress for him and new mattress for us. After having left lower back pain for years, after sleeping on our new mattress for about 6 weeks now my back pain has about 85% resolved. It was recommended to turn mattress frequently at first, once a month, so that it would get evenly adjusted with the weight differences. Our new mattress has been a lifesaver and I wish I had replaced my old one much sooner. We are loving it.

I never imagined a mattress could make my life better before now. I've lacked sleept for the last 10 months due to 2 cervical disc issues. This bed and adjustable base provides everything I need to help my horrible symptoms that prevented me from sleeping prior. I'm so thankful for Steve at Sleep Outfitters for his expertise and helping us decide on a mattress. It's beyond our expectations!

Uncomfortable heating from mattress while sleeping

This mattress was a replacement for a warranty issue that we had with our previous Pro-Adapt. The very first night we slept on this mattress, we noted how "hot" the mattress was. We never had an issue with the temperature, with our previous mattress. In fact, the bedding on the mattress was exactly the same bedding that we used with the new mattress. Since that first night, we have had numerous issues with the temperature of the mattress. Either my wife or myself have been kicking the "lighter" bedding off of us during the night, in order to sleep. I reached out to one of your customer care agents to discuss the issue we were having, and that agent forwarded our complaints to someone other than herself. We received an e-mail a few days later, stating that the mattress was a warranty replacement and that we were "stuck" with the mattress. "There is nothing that Tempurpedic will do at this time"! We paid an additional amount of money for the mattress that the warranty did not cover and at this point, I am greatly considering replacing the mattress with another product. This is not our first Tempuric Mattress that we owned and at this point in time it might be my last. You are not standing behind your product and I am sure that this review posted on Social Media will surely sway others from purchasing a mattress from your company. Extremely disappointed and exhausted... Michael and Susan Mellon
