Not worth the money.

My experience with the mattress so far has been okay. It is comfortable, but nothing special; especially for the price. This mattress should be cheaper for the amount of comfort that it offers. I feel for the price there are better options out there. I would not buy again or recommend unless one can buy it for much cheaper.

Waiting for an answer about possible replacement for weeks.

Been trying to get ahold of someone for weeks, finally did and now I’ve been waiting over a week to get an answer on whether or not they will replace my defective mattress. It came all curled on one side and I had to submit a warranty claim though it was delivered this way, had to submit many pictures of my bed frame and they were trying to say the curling was because of the foundation after I told them it came this way.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Durability/Warranty

We have 5 Tempur-Pedic mattresses and one of them split and is coming apart. We sent pics to warranty, the warranty dept. claims there are stains on the mattress cover (there isn't any stains) it's a fabricated lie by the warranty dept. No body has come out to look at the mattress and Tempur-Pedic is standing behind the fabricated lie that there are stains. Even if there were stains this mattress is coming apart right where the mattress bends when you set the bed up using the adjustable base. The Tempur-Pedic warranty is garbage, and the company doesn't stand behind the quality of the product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

No more pain

I have lower back and neck issues, and this is the first mattress that I didn't hurt with. Super comfortable, and doesn't get too hot. Purchased with the Ergo base, and couldn't be happier! Definitely recommend if suffer from lower back pain

tras cinco anos el colchon ya no sirve no vale la pena gastar tanto dinero en un colchon que te dura 5 anos igual que los otros , me levanto todos los dias con dolor de espalda ya llevo 5 meses aproximadamente levantandome a mitad de la noche con dolor en mi espalda y mi pareja igual , e provado dormir en otro colchon y no me levanta el dolor a plena madrugada , las garantias son mentiras no sirven , no se dejen enganar por los vendedores lean los reviews .
