The purchase, delivery and sale were all great and we love the bed. The registration process is a nightmare! Even the folks we bought the mattress from didn't know how to register it. Very disappointing!

THIS PRODUCT IS NOT EVEN WORTH COMPARING TO OTHER BRANDS. FEEL IT AT THE STORE, GET COMFORTABLE AND ONCE YOU FEEL LIKE THAT FIRMNESS IS THE ONE YOU LIKE PURCHASE IT AND NEVER LOOK BACK!

I have been debating about buying a new mattress for at least a year. I finally went into a showroom and decided to give it a try. The pro adapt hybrid felt the best to me. After a few days and knowing they offered a return option I figured it was worth a try. My hip pain is better and this mattress doesn't sag in the middle, where i sleep, even through there is plenty of space. Absolutely love it. Very comfortable and surprisingly no adjustment time necessary to a firmer mattress than i am used to. Well done Tempur-pedic!!

I have had a tempurpedic mattress for 30 years, and still love them!! We just needed a new mattress for our guest room, and the obvious choice was a tempurpedic mattress. It has not disappointed me. Love it. Thank you for a quality product!

Most uncomfortable mattress

We have owned this mattress for 6 years and it’s always been uncomfortable but has gotten worse. We inquired it is no longer under warranty or we would have returned it. Dave your money and buy a different brand! Temperpedic used to be amazing our old mattress is in our guest room but the new versions are horrible.
We have been traveling for the last few months, slept on single, double and queen beds was excited to get home to our king but within 2 nights we are waking up tired, sore and unrested.

Quality

In 2009, immediately after having back fusion surgery we purchased our first tempur-pedic rhapsody firm. It was extremely comfortable and made my recovery much easier. In Nov 2025 I had my 3rd back fusion. We purchased a new tempur-pedic pro-adapt firm that was delivered the day before coming home from the hospital. The quality of their product is noticeably lacking. This mattress is breaking down less than 1 year after purchasing. The surface of the mattress is very slippery so the sheets do not stay in place. We still have the first tempur-pedic at our second home. I look forward to sleeping on the rhapsody whenever we stay there. The new pro-adapt just does not compare at all. Absolutely will not purchase another tempur-pedic mattress. Very disappointing experience!

It keeps getting better as time rolls forward..

This is my 3rd Tempur-Pedic mattress since 2006. I love the updates of this ProAdapt Medium Hybrid mattress since it has both foam and coils which gives you better support, particularly on the sides of the bed. It has taken me a bit to adjust to, however after about 2 months I am getting more used to the bed. I've given it a 4 Star bc of this. I'm sure that in another month or so, I will write another review with 5 Stars! The Tempur-Pedi Flagship store in Brownwood Square (in The Villages, FL ) Casey, Jeff and rest of her team, I give a 5 Star plus. I did have issues with the Ergo Pro King base, but that was resolved fairly quickly. The only thing that could be better is if the Remote would light up once you pick it up. :)
