Prefer the not-offered regular Defender with the built in screen protector.

Hi there!
We're sorry to hear about your disappointment with your Defender Series Pro! After extensive design testing, our engineers learned that the best way to ensure flawless interaction with the advanced display of your device was without the addition of a built-in screen protector. That being said, that case is totally compatible with Amplify and Alpha Glass. If you run into any other issues with your OtterBox, please don't hesitate to reach out to our Customer Service Team here: https://www.otterbox.com/en-us/contact-us

The new OtterBox Defender Pro continues their tradition of excellent cases. The fit, protection, and styling make this case the best choice for users that prefer to carry their phone using a belt clip.
