Stopped Making Ice After 1 week

I loved this ice maker for the week that it worked. Now it just heats up the water instead of turning it into ice. I'll submit to customer service and update my review if they can fix it. The product also had some minor dents when it arrived. I assume they were made during shipping.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This certainly isn’t the performance we would expect from our model, especially when it’s so new. You may want to make sure the ice chute isn’t blocked or obstructed at all and the ice bin is pushed completely into place. Great Ice Maker!

This ice maker works great and the ice nuggets are really close to the ones you get at certain fast-food places (so close that most could not tell the difference). I had my eye on it for a while and am really glad I finally purchased it. It is expensive but worth it!

Easy to set up. Makes great crunchy ice fairly quickly. The added tank is nice to have water for a few days. Would recommend.
