Makes ice fast

Received this as a gift. We have been using purified water in gallon jugs bought from the grocery store. Tap water gums up the hoses and the entire ice maker will have to be cleaned more frequently. Make sure to keep the bin closed or the ice will melt really fast. Only rated for stars because ice does fall when bin is open which causes the bin to not properly shut the entire way.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Amazing Product. My elderly mother loves it and is a great way to get her to get more liquids. She hates drinking water but will eat ice all day. Haha. So this product helps her and myself.

My wife love this from the start She is a BIG chewy ice fan. Set up was quick and easy. I (her husband) was doubious of its worth. To date, I have used it almost as much as her and the family and friends have raved about it. Had a family dinner and it was used extensively.

I love my ice machine

I use this prodcut everyday and I love it so much. I swear water taste better with this ice. If you are questioning purchasing, do it. You will not have regrets.

Has been a pleasure to have.
Easy to set up & use.
Plenty of ice in 8 hours for an active 14 year old & two octogenarian grandparents to use in a full 2 days.
Crunchy ice.
Using "filtered" tap water to possibly delay "scale" formation.
Also turning off & draining [& allowing to dry] end of day as only using every other day.
Neighbor shuts theirs off every TWO months & cleans.
Has been a pleasure to have.

Great ice but dial is hard to discern colors that tell what is going on: making ice, defrosting etc. It is constantly defrosting, is very load and vibrates loudly often.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
