Works Great!

I love this ice maker! Had a few issues when first using it. It is very sensitive to where it is put. Mine needs to be more than 3 inches of clear space around it to work efficiently. Once I found a good spot for it, then it worked amazingly!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Side Tank is worth it. and Quiet

I'm glad I bought the model with the side tank. Filling the main water compartment, you need a small glass to fill because a pitcher will not work, too big. Having the side compartment, you have a steady supply of water and can easily fill in the sink. It's a lot quieter than regular counter ice makers. I love the compactness of the nugget. They are smaller than I anticipated, but you can add so much more ice to a glass because of their size. Very happy with this product and this particular model with the side tank. I didn't give it 5 stars only because of the price. This was an indulgence.

Ice maker is ok

Ice maker is ok. I had issues at set up because there was no mention of the machine going into defrost. I thought a hose had ruptured.

Not worth the price

The ice is great and made relatively quickly. However it’s loud and expensive for what it is. Mine stopped working after about 2 weeks and getting assistance to help get a replacement was difficult.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The best ice maker!

I love this machine so far, after about 2 months of use. The first time I set it up, it seemed a bit slow in making the ice. After that first day, we haven't run out of ice and it keeps up with two adults and three kids using it.
I would recommend this to a friend!
