Terrible Product

After having this product a short time it stopped making ice properly and began making loud sounds like a dying Cat. I requested my wife return or get an exchange. Have gotten nothing but a run around. It’s a lot of $ for a few weeks of ice.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This thing puts out the ice. Had simple countertop units before and they never came close to the output. Saves electricity because it does not have to run all the time. I love it so far no complaints.

Worked for 13 months- just past the warranty!

Quit producing ice. Deep cleaning and still no ice. Unit automatically shuts itself off after 30 minutes of not producing ice, so it is super energy efficient!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
