Excellent and quick

I've been wanting this forever. Finally bought it and couldn't be happier. It makes ice super quick and it actually stays cold long! Only complaint is that it is a bit loud and the automated defrosting squeaking is annoying but it doesn't last too long.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is our second time buying this product. The first machine lasted a little over 1 year so no warranty. The customer service department was nice and helpful, but it would not make ice. We love the ice, so we bought another. The machine does make a lot of noise but it is worth it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The ice is amazing! The best ever. You do NEED TO clean regularly. I received one for Christmas about 2 years ago. Was by far the BEST present! It lasted about 1 1/2 years, I cleaned every month or two! I just bought a new machine, and will set a timer to clean my machine EVERY MONTH!

Love the ice

I just bought my 2nd Opal as I love the ice. The first one I bought in September of 22 is being returned as it was a problem from day 1. Screeched, made awful groaning noises and finally company agreed to take back and send a new one. New one is doing great.
