Does not make ice

Very sleek design but the machine won't make ice. Had to register the product for GE to provide technical support. Hoping to get this running sooner than later.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We have owned many other ice machines but try is one takes the cake! We opened it for a family function and it was a hit. It makes ice as quickly as it says. I recommend using distilled water for fresh tasting ice

This product makes a huge amount of ice and it's the ideal ice for iced coffees, smoothies, iced teas and kombuchas. I've been waiting a year to order and I wish I would have ordered it sooner.

The box came practically destroyed, and the side tank was broken. GE promptly sent a replacement. So far, the ice machine is working beautifully!
