my parents got this for me for christmas and i seriously cried when i saw what it was! it was super easy to set up and clean, and we have been enjoying ice all day long! so very pleased!

Side tank broke

The side reservoir is broken to where it won't seal and leaks all the water out.

The ice is as good as they say

I've had this product for about 5 months now. The ice is just as advertised! Cool ice nuggets. My wife is a huge ice fan, me not so much, but I'm not going to lie, every time I do serve myself a scoop of ice, drinking my beverage is so satisfying! It's a little noisy at times, but if it doesn't bother you, this is an A+ product! I would say if you have a small family (4) then you probably don't need the extra water attachment to save yourself some $$.

Great for large user of ice

I have had a couple prior ice makers. I prefer this one because of the size of nuggets it puts out. The large water tank keeps me in ice. The machine keeps my family supplied with ice.
