Great Ice, bad design

Great ice however there are a few design flaws. The side tank is filled upside down you flip it over. This process is difficult and water spills everywhere. The top could easily be made to come off like the Keurig tanks. Also the bin doesn't seal and isn't insulated so in warmer climates the ice melts quickly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best Christmas gift ever!

I got this as a gift for Christmas and so far I’m LOVING it! I’m anemic and crave ice and usually go through about 6-8 bags of ice a week from different restaurants. Now I have it in my home at my disposal anytime. And the texture and crunchiness is perfect!

Opal nugget ice maker

I really love the ice that come from this but there are a few things I dislike. First, it takes forever to fill the compartment. Second, it needs to be cleaned often. We even have a water filtration system.
I would recommend this to a friend!
