Nugget Ice Maker

We have had this product for approximately 1 month and so far love it. IT IS SO QUIET...I forget it is even there, which was a huge change from our last one. Love the size ice and have had no problems. The only reason I did not give this a 5-star was I think it is strange that when you take ice out and it sends more water over from the other side to make more it sprays the water down over the ice that is already there, which melts some of the ice. Not sure why they designed it that way instead of having it go through a connection tube or behind it...with that being said though we still have had no problems and the ice is always perfect.

My Dream Machine

I have always loved nugget ice but so few places serve it & no place sales it. FINALLY my children bought this fantastic ice maker for me as a gift!! 70 years old & this is the best gift I’ve ever received! Better than diamonds…so easy to operate & use. Highly recommended by an ice connoisseur!!!

The ice machine makes great ice however, it has begun making a loud humming noise. I regularly clean the machine and it does not help.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

LOVE the ICE

Love the ease of set up and use - although it was a bit heavy, once I got it in place it was easy to set up and get going! It is simple to to fill the tank, turn on and off, and us super quiet. For an ice lover and picky about it - this is a great appliance, cant live without it!

LOVE "Sonic"/ Crunchy ice! This product is AWESOME! The only downside is the machine is a bit bulky so it doesn't fit under our counter and gets too hot in a cabinet.
