I love this ice maker, it produces plenty of the “good ice”, well worth the cost. My sister loved the ice so much that she bought one too.

Love that I always have my nugget ice on hand. A little tricky to deep clean it at first, but once you do it the first time the rest is a breeze.

I wish these came in the refrigerator but this is the next best thing. Just like the nugget ice at hospitals and restaurants. Keeps my beverages cold for a long time so I sip rather than guzzle. Makes ice amazingly fast! I use it every day - my family is now addicted to this ice as well!

The whole family loves this ice machine. It is used daily, and so far, no major issues. Perfect ice every time
The blue tooth and app feature is a joke. They need to work on that feature as it rarely works. Update the app! Cleaning is kind of a pain, but other ice machines are more of a pain.
Even with the cleaning and app issues, I would definitely recommend this ice machine.
Also, be careful with the hose to the water reservoir it comes off easily on my counter and makes a massive water mess.
