Stopped working

Stopped working after 5 uses. Did all the troubleshooting and still wouldn’t work. I sent it back.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Machine can get loud at times and needs to be cleaned about every 4 months. But it's worth it to get the ice.

Great Ice Maker But Could be Better

This machine has all the bells and whistles and produces ice very quickly. Set up was relatively easy and the ice itself is perfect for cold drinks or just munching on. I have several issues with the machine that prevent me from giving it more stars. First off, it's very loud when it's producing ice. Secondly, it's very bulky and requires a lot of counter space. Additionally, it's almost too tall to fit under a standard countertop with cabinets above. Lastly, the refill bin is clunky and overly cumbersome to refill. The base retains too much water when adding fresh water which can spill out when putting the container back in. Overall I would buy it again if the company took some steps to improve on it.

Ice perfect if the machine would work properly

The ice is amazing in this machine. However, getting the machine to work properly has been a struggle. We clean it weekly with both descaling and bleach and use distilled water at all time but still stops working 5 times a day. We have to reset it constantly. It is only two months old. It seems like there needs to be more updates on quality/product upgrades before the machine will be worth the cost. The frustration and work to maintain is very high.

So far so good.

We have had our ice maker for about 4 months and love it. The quality of the ice is excellent, the machine produces enough to satisfy our needs, and it has worked flawlessly so far. If it’s still working as good in a couple of years it will be a 5 star product
