This machine is so handy and we are enjoying every minute of use. It makes ice just like you find at Sonic. The set up was super easy and we had ice within minutes.

I’ve had this for almost a year, and loved it for a while…but it has become so unbearably loud that I can no longer use it. I’ve tried troubleshooting, but there is something mechanical inside that I can’t get to that is causing the problem. There is also a plastic piece that attaches to the outer bin that functions a handle to pull the bin out to get the ice, but this comes off constantly and you have to try to dig the bin out somehow as it sits flush with the machine just to put it back on. Cleaning is not difficult but very time consuming and tedious with the amount of cycles of fill/run/drain. I could’ve overlooked this and the handle issue, but the noise factor makes it impossible to keep on without disturbing the whole family. I will be contacting customer service, but from what I’ve read in other reviews, the very best I can hope for is a replacement with a refurbished machine that I wouldn’t be able to verify is actually clean due to not being able to see the inside of the machine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Why did I wait so long!

I have had other ice makers but this is the one! Quiet, makes lots of ice and definitely get the side Tank for extra water. Everyone said this one is the best. Spend the money, you won't regret it.

So far so good we haven't had any issues. Though I'm wondering if this model has Bluetooth or not. I'm not even sure. But I love the ice it gives me and it's very quick. Fills pretty fast and the side tank is a must in my house as we all love ice and constantly chew it lol.
