Barely used it maybe 5 times within a year or two and it quit on us. Heard from other people the same thing happened to them.

We recommend trying out an electronic reset. This can be done by removing the power cord for 2-3 minutes, then plugging it back in.

Love this machine so far!

I was worried about making the purchase as it is a larger expense but well worth it! The ice is soft and tastes good. I like that it recycles the water from the melted ice back to reuse for the next batch of ice. It is sleek and fits well with my other kitchen appliances as it is also stainless steel. I was worried about it being loud after reading some other reviews but I have not had any concerns with the noise level.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love the ice maker but difficult to get parts.

It is a little noisy and not real easy to descale I don’t know if filter would help with the scale build up or not. It says it should have a filter inside the water res but mine had the metal screen with it
