Am I on a farm?

Piece of crap. Just over a year and started having all kinds of problems. whined like a dying cow. Squealed like a dying cat. Cleaned. Tried again. Leaked rusty water everywhere. I have pictures. Opened it up and it’s all leaky and rusty inside.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We loved this machine. Made great pellet ice , but after 13 months it stopped. Very disappointed to spend this much for one year.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Ice but Terrible Button

The ice is the greatest. I'm addicted! I do have a problem with the button though. So hard to push. Sometimes I am thinking it will never go back on. Please put in a better button! I want to have the ice. It's great!!

Better than Sonic ice!

We have had ours for about a month and absolutely love it! The ice is perfectly crunchy. We run ours 24 hours a day and never run out of ice! It is a little noisy but nothing that is overwhelming.
I would recommend this to a friend!
