Great ice maker isn't very noisy very easy to set up . Has a great capacity easily maintained. Production of ice is great and we love the size of the ice

A science project Petri dish with a loud motor!

I was so excited about this machine. It was a Christmas gift to myself. Unfortunately it is more high maintenance than Paris Hilton. It’s loud, takes up a large amount of counter space, even with appropriate and very frequent cleanings, you don’t want to know what is growing in there. This was a huge splurge for me. It had a hefty price. I’ve done everything I can, but it’s got to go.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Was great until it died

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was amazing...until it wasnt. I got this in May 2024 and it died Oct 2025. For the price it should last way longer than it did. Cleaned it religiously so no reason it should have died. I guess its Russian Roulette with this product. The "noise" it made was not horrific and over time, you really didnt hear it. Really wish it would have worked longer as loved having the nugget ice on demand! The amount of ice it heald was the perfect amount! And having the side tank, was a pure genius design.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
