Love it but have questions!

Had it about a week now and we love the nuggets.. just confused why it sometimes sprays water when its refilling.. should it do that? .. and it doesn't seem to keep the ice cold enough?

Never made one cube of ice for me. I’m waiting on a replacement or refund but haven’t heard about that either

Not working from Day 1, UNRELIABLE and UNDEPENDABLE. Day and night, water sits idle in the add-on reservoir and no ice is made. Every now and then the machine decides to spew out half a load.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
