Best counter ice machine ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my ice machine. It makes ice so fast that you'll have ice in no time to use for drinks or even simply chewing on. Instructions and set up were a breeze. Directions were very clear. It's almost addicting watching the ice drop in such a short time. It's no overly loud making the ice but has a fan type sound. You only hear it when it's actually making ice. I love that it's so much easier use this kind of ice in my insulated water bottle because the ice is small enough to slide right in. The ice box has drain holes which is very helpful for any ice that melts and the water drains back into the water fill area. It's not a freezer so the ice can still melt over time if it sits in their too long. I love that the side take is magnetic and sticks to the side of the ice machine to lessen the risk of it moving around. I haven't had to use the side tank yet as I'm still learning how much ice our household goes through. Also, just a FYI, keep the sides of the ice machine away from walls. I originally had it too close the wall and the heat from making ice didn't release well and actually would melt my ice, oops. But it's all good now that I pulled it away from the wall. The vents are on the sides. But I am very happy to have this in our home. The only thing I wish was different is having the option to turn off the led light that lights up the box.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is by far the best ice maker I’ve owned! I have had a few! Love the size of the ice and the fact that it holds a lot before you have to empty it!
It has drain hoses on it for easy cleaning! I like that you can have the storage tank on the side to help with refilling it! Comes with a drip tray so it doesn’t leave a mess for you to clean up! Has a switch on the back for cleaning/ice. Very convenient to get to.
Over all there is nothing I don’t like about this machine.

Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Thought it would take less time to fill the entire ice bin. Great for everyday use as well as for small parties. It makes some noise when making ice which is to be expected. We love this ice!

Ice Maker Minus the Freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let’s start off with a positive note, this whole concept is amazing! Although there are always ways to make a product better, let’s start with what makes this Nugget Ice Maker great!
Pros:
- it makes delicious ice, even my 6 yr old could crunch easily!
- you do not need a water line to your sink or filter, because of the included water canister on the side.
- contains LED light inside ice bucket for night time scoops! You don’t have to turn on your lights just to get ice!
- Set up is fairly easy if you watch a YouTube video (see con below).
- it really starts making the ice nuggets in a very short amount of time.
- it has ventilation on both sides , very necessary for this type of product! (See con below)
- the ice box comes out at an angle and machine has a drip try so it’s easy to scoop out the ice with the included scooper.
- it’s great that once ice melts from the bottom , that water is filtered back to make ice again. It doesn’t bother me that it does maintain the ice frozen. But if you’re looking for a ice maker that keeps the ice frozen, this may not be for you.

- the side water canister was dripping from the top once it was flipped into the side compartment. Not sure if I just got a faulty canister.
- the ice maker get very hot on one side (right) so you must make sure you have space for it to allow for air flow for ventilation.

I don’t currently have enough space for this on my kitchen counter, which is where I had intended to keep it. Going to bring it down to the family room , eventually. To heavy to move around easily.
To end on a positive note, I’ve had this ice maker on only a couple of hrs within the last couple of days and after I turn off the machine for the night, I noticed that there is still frozen ice in the ice bucket. This is amazing, considering it does not contain a freezer to keep ice frozen.

Restaurant ice at home

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok everyone needs to stop what they are doing and read this review. Gone are the days of the instant pot and air fryer, this is the new holy grail of kitchen appliances, the nugget ice maker.
I love ice. Like really love ice. Extra ice in all my drinks and love a slushy margarita. This makes the good chewable ice like you get from a fountain drink machine. It comes with an owners manual as well as quick start instructions that were very clear and easy to follow. I had it cleaned out and set up on my wet bar within 15 minutes. It has a built in cleaning function which is super handy, and after that I got started making my first batch. Within 15 minutes it was dropping ice nuggets into the holding container and after 2 hours it was over half full. It has an additional water reservoir that can be used on either side and magnetizes to the side of the machine. It is not necessary though, if you are lacking space, and water can be added directly into the machine.
As far as the noise level, it makes a humming noise, similar to if you keep your freezer door open and it kicks on an extra notch. Nothing unpleasant or overbearing.
Important to note, this is not a freezer and will not keep the ice frozen for long periods of time once the machine is off, but my favorite thing about this is that once the ice melts, it goes right back in the water holder to be recycled and be re-made back into ice! The machine also provides a small ice scoop so you don't need to go out and buy one.
Lastly, this is a big machine. It's definitely portable and can be moved around and placed wherever you need it, but it's about as easy to tote around as a microwave would be. I would recommend having a permanent place to keep this to avoid that. Overall, this is a great product and I look forward to using it regularly and when hosting parties!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to say, this was delivered today, I cleaned it, and installed it working the first 30min of it being in the house. We were making ice within an hour. It makes the most perfect little ice nuggets. I think my kids will end up drinking more water throughout the day, just so they can use the ice. It is a high end appliance, looks great, and performs better than expected.

That small, crunchy ice that you have to search forever to find! It's not incredibly loud, and fits nice in the corner on my counter. Love it already!!
