Fast and tasty

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This ice maker makes a good amount ice super quick. It’s great for entertaining. The ice nuggets are good to chill drinks or if you have recipes that require a little munch to them. It makes enough for a small party so the machine is a little on the larger side, but it’s worth it. It’s also a bit on the heavier side but it’s sturdy and durable. Add the fact that it has nice polished finish and it really adds a modern look to your countertop. Love it.

Exactly what I was looking for

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a portable Ice machine for my basement kitchen bar area. Never found anything I liked until this. I love this machine. It is perfect for what I need. It makes perfect nugget Ice. It's quiet, you can hear a hum when its making the ice, but nothing that is annoying or loud. Has a cool LED button that comes on when it's making ice. The water tank is magnetic so it sticks to the side of the ice maker. It has a self clean mode, a drip try to catch melted ice and water. It takes about 15 minutes for it to make ice, and it stops once the bin is full but will sense when it is low and , as long as you keep water in the tank, it will make ice when it gets low. It's all self contained so you can take it anywhere. It weighs about 46 lbs. The look of this machine is awesome. Sleek and matches with any décor. So happy with this.

My family loves this ice maker and has been using it nonstop since we plugged it in. It takes up a little more counter space than I had imagined but well worth it! It makes good soft ice. Once you scoop some out, it immediately starts making more. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great ice maker.

Perfect chewable ice nuggets

It was bigger and heavier than I expected but we didn't have any problems unpacking it and finding a spot for it on the counter next to our fridge. The assembly is easy and the instructions provided are clear, include pictures and reference parts that are labeled to avoid confusion.
The ice maker comes in two parts - the ice maker with the bin and a water tank that attaches to either side of the ice maker using magnets. It's easy to refill the water tank by simply lifting it out of the base, turning it upwards to unscrew the nozzle and fill it up to the top. It will consume water quickly if you are using the ice. The best part is the ice itself. It's the little chewable ice nuggets that are so enjoyable from some of our favorite fast food places. If you like that kind of ice, I recommend the GE Ice Maker.

Perfect for our needs

We also didn't want to sacrifice any freezer room by buying ice bags and storing it . This ice maker works out perfect perfect us .i was super impressed with its packaging, it had actual board inserts inside the box to protect it ,impressive. It's a large capacity ice maker for sure. It looks great with the stainless steel finish and matches our other appliances. We have an airbnb and ice is something every single group uses as well as us so we needed to have a quality machine that can make ice and the nugget type is versatile it worked out perfect . This produces a ton of ice very quickly and it's that tasty little nugget ice you can crunch on . Love it

Great Ice Maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second GE Opal Nugget Ice Maker. I wanted one for the downstairs bar as well as the kitchen. Goes to show how much I love it. I appreciate that it's stainless steel and fits right in with the other appliances. It's super easy to get from box to counter to making ice. I haven't used the cleaning feature yet, but I can tell you from my other GE Opal ice maker that it's easy to do. I'm as happy with this one as I was with my first.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love eating ice. It was easy to use. The instruction were good to follow. It comes with a side tanks for more water to make ice. I plugged it in and had ice cubes within a half hour. The ice cubes tasted really, really good. I like that it recycles the water from the melted ice cubes and makes more ice cubes. The ice cubes were small and soft and good. If you love ice and are looking for an ice maker, buy this!!!
