My wife eats ice every, no EVERY DAY and she’s picky about where she gets her ice from. She absolutely loves the ice from this machine! Perfect Valentine’s Day gift. Thanks!

Done after 1 Year!

This WAS a great product. But, soon as I hit the 1 year time line it stopped making ice. I have taken such great care of my ice maker because it was a gift and I knew how much it cost. I don’t think an appliance should stop after 1 year. Especially at this price. Very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are the kind of people who will go to Sonic and buy a bag of their crunchy ice, this is the only machine we have ever had that makes the same ice we love!

Nice ice maker but button feature not the best

I set up ice machine and have been using it a lot, makes great ice. Bought this one rather than 2.0 because of the size and my tiny kitchen. But the button is faulty. It dims so it works but the one touch turn off doesn’t work. Also when it runs out of water it makes loud noise and never auto shut off like it says it will in manual. I ordered a replacement from the store I bought it but really hope this isn’t a reoccurring problem!

Unfortunately just after a year of purchasing this ice maker, it has died. We absolutely loved it (even though it is a bit loud) and sad to see it go especially after spending so much money on it. I wouldn't recommend wasting your money on this product unless they have a better warranty on it because 1 year is not enough!

Awesome machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Awesome machine makes the "good ice" haha takes a little bit of time to start making the ice but once it does it makes a lot of ice. The only thing I didn't like was that it does not keep the ice it is constantly melting the ice and remaking it and the draw that the ice gets foggy.

Amazing ice maker

This is an amazing ice maker that makes the really good ice that some restaurants serve. It’s perfect for cooling your drink and also using for blended ice drinks. Love the design and the compact footprint so it doesn’t take up too much space on my counter.
