Good sound quality

The sound quality is good. Lagged when connected to my LG TV using Bluetooth but that was resolved with an fibre optic cable. The only criticism I would have is with adjusting the volume level as there is no visible way of knowing what setting this is at.
While the sound on this bar is great, it struggles to “shake hands” with TVS and recognize the audio signal. When switching between tv apps, ps5 games, gaming consoles, etc. expect to lose audio when changing formats. Only work around has been to switch to TV speakers and then back to the soundbar in order to force attempt the “handshake” again until it works. Super annoying
I used to love Bose until I bought this sound bar. Could they have made it any more frustrating to use? To use it properly, you have to down load an app (assuming everyone has a smart phone). Before you can use the app, they hold you ransom for your email, name and to their watery privacy agreement. So, great, some techies might like this, but then you go out with your smart phone leaving anyone else that wants to use the sound system with the same frustration. What is wrong with putting the controls on the remote that you already have with the app an option?
I resent this business model. Though it does produce a good sound, this over application of technology just killed the experience for me.
I would give this soundbar five stars since I love how Bose sounds however, there is one flaw for me. Every time I ask Alexa to play Apple Music it plays for a couple of minutes before it cuts out. It returns for a couple of minutes then cuts out again. I have been on the phone with Bose, Amazon and even my Internet provider but no luck. They all blame the other guy! Most frustrating. The problem does not happen with Spotify or YouTube.
