After having to call service to get help setting them up because my soundbar wouldn't connect them, I have been extremely pleased. The sound is amazing, but these are in no way "wireless." The wires from the speakers to the receiver are very long, but at least I have the speakers in a place to hide the wires.
got it last week, the 500 surround speakers you can bearlyl hear them when watching tv, but do sound better when playing music, not very happy with them, kinda worthless.

Hi there!
I'm sorry to hear about the issue you are having with low volume on your surround speaker. I'll do all I can to assist you with this!
I'm some cases, the source you are watching may not be in a 5.1 surround sound audio format. As you can hear them more when you are listening to music, it would suggest that this may be what's happening. To resolve this, double-check your sound settings on your TV to make sure you have a surround sound format selected. I would also check to make sure the source you are watching (Blueray, Cable, etc) also has the same setting enabled.
If you do not notice a difference, I suggest running the ADAPTiQ calibration. This will help to calibrate the sound to your listening space and ensure you are getting the most out of the system. I have included a link here: https://bose.life/312OdWK, with the instructions on how to do this.
I hope this helps! If you need further assistance, please reach out to us here: https://bose.life/36zHCUP. We will do all we can for you!
I got these surround speakers maybe almost a year. To be frank, I am not satisfied with it. The sounds are not even noticeable. It’s so slow. I paired it with my soundbar 700 and bass module 700. I don’t what to do to make it work good!!

Hi Dell,
I'm sorry to hear you are not satisfied with the volume of your Surround Speakers and I would be happy to help you with this.
When using the Soundbar 700 I would always recommend running the AdaptIQ audio calibration process after setting up the Surround Speakers. This will adjust the audio and levels of the speakers to optimize them for your listening area. Instructions on how to do this can be found here: https://bose.life/300iyVD
Also available on the Audio page in the Bose Music app, is a volume control for the rear speakers. You can use this to adjust the level further, to suit your personal tastes.
If you require further assistance with this, please do reach out to us at the following link. We would love to help you get your speakers working to their full potential with you. https://bose.life/2P7Tuqt
