[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product from Influenster and Kidde for free in exchange for my honest review and opinion of the product. I have never installed one of these until now and let me tell you it was super easy. It took me all of 5min to have this thing up and running. Its battery powered but cherps when it's getting low. This one also has voice alerts and tells you why it's sounding a alarm or making a sound. Definitely a great investment for your home.

It’s a smoke detector, what else can I say.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I mean it’s a smoke detector. Can’t exactly tell you how it works unless my house is on fire so fingers crossed that doesn’t happen.
One thing I can say is that this was easy to install and it looks way more modern than the previous detector we had in the house.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had difficulty hitting the test button at first. I eventually got it to go, but then it wouldn't stop chirping and making a lot of noise. I turned the red knob and it stopped, but now it is not on. Will not get another of these.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.]  I like that this feature is double protection for your home with the smoking carbon monoxide detector. I like that not only has a noise alert, but also voice alert. It has a 10 year battery. Life in the insulation was quite easy.
