easy to install

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Kiddie smoke detector is super easy to install, no hard-wiring necessary. It comes with a convenient built-in 10-year battery. It has good sensitivity, and I trust that I will be able to rely on this smoke detector if something were to ever happen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Kidde smoke alarm is a great 10 year smoke alarm that doesnt need battery change. I put this in my bedroom. Its great to detect smoke and carbon monoxide. Super easy to install, just need a screwdriver. Just activate it and its ready to use. Easy to clean. Comes with a dust cover.

10 years of battery life!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really needed this Detect smoke alarm for our garage. Between lawn chemicals and gas tools this was the perfect place for it! Super easy to install, an internal component that self tests to ensure it’s alway operating correctly, and best of all in my opinion- 10 years of battery life! After 10 yrs it even alerts you when it’s time to replace it. Perfect! Ty!

Easy Install & Works Great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received an incentive from Influenster and Kidde in exchange for my honest product review. My old Kidde smoke detector just hit its end of life in my dining room/ kitchen and this one will replace that one perfectly. I love that there is no need for batteries. Just a simple click on the back and the smoke detector is in working order. I already had anchored screw in the wall from my previous smoke detector, so installing this one was super easy. I did cook some food in my oven at a high degree, to get it nice and smokey, just to test the accuracy of this smoke detector. Sure enough it went off, chirping away loud enough to wake the dead! I'm a heavy sleeper as well, so this is exactly what I need! I would highly recommend this smoke detector!

Peace of mind that I can rely on

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having good smoke detectors can save your life, so I only want the best placed throughout my home. My Kidde Detect Smoke Alarm gives me peace of mind that my family and I will be alerted in the case of a house fire. It's well made and easy to install. It comes with a ten year, never change, battery, and doesn't give off any low battery chirps, but will beep to remind me to replace it in ten years!

Home Safety is Everything !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was given an opportunity to try out DETECT Smoke Detector and add this device to my home for a little more safety in case of a fire. First i wanna say is every smoke detector in a home should be changed 10 yrs maximum! The DETECT Smoke detector was easy to install however you will need to buy a couple screws so you can mount it because this doesn’t come with any hardware.
I was able to Mount this at the bottom of my stairs ( very easy) which is exactly where i needed one. I did test it to make sure it works and gotta say this thing is loud so i shouldn’t have any problems hearing it even if im asleep upstairs. This smoke detector comes with a 10 yr battery which is great because nothing is more annoying than a battery in a smoke detector going bad in a smoke detector every couple years and beeping every 5 minutes. All in all i am very pleased with this little device
