Had it for several weeks now and love the battery life. Easy to track my workouts. Love all of garmin’s health metrics. So far I’m not impressed with inreach capabilities. I’ve tried using satellite weather updates many times with no success. No matter if I’m on a summit with as clear a view of the sky in any direction as you can ask for it just vibrates and says it’s sending requests but never actually updates. Then if you do not shut it off it tries like every 15 min and kills your battery. Seems like a waste of money. I have the inreach messenger and it updates quickly throughout my hikes with little issue. It concerns me because I bought this watch as an extra layer of safety if something happens while out hiking. I do not feel confident it will reach help if I need it to.
This is an amazing watch. I use it for mountain biking, paramotoring, hiking, and hunting. I love the battery life, the solar charging, and, of course, the inReach especially when I'm flying
I bought this a month ago and love it. Just the level of tracking I was looking for. Putting this on felt like Thanos putting on his last infinity stone.
I bought this watch at launch and I do like it but have noticed that the raw titanium does scratch much easier then the old DLC so be aware. Otherwise the watchers more responsive, tracks my run better then the old fenix 6x pro I had previously.
Super disappointed with this watch. I have had almost every version of this watch but this one seems not to be compatible with Mac products. The service department has been extremely slow in responding to fixing this issue. Not sure I would buy another Garmin product!
Inreach works amazing. Watch works great. Love the 51mm. Slightly thicker than my Fenix 7x solar sapphire but I don't mind. Great watch. Newer features are great.
Two issues 1. Skin temp "still calibrating" even after two weeks of wearing it right enough. 2. Has turned off completely three times randomly in the middle of a lift while resting between sets.
