It's actually 10x12 not 11x13 as advertised. Either way this thing is epic! My husband put it together in two evenings after work by himself until it came to securing the roof and needed our 14 year olds assistance. So far it's one of my favorite outdoor pieces we have!

It's actually 10x12 not 11x13 as advertised. Either way this thing is epic! My husband put it together in two evenings after work by himself until it came to securing the roof and needed our 14 year olds assistance. So far it's one of my favorite outdoor pieces we have!

Love it. I had a contractor put it together and install as the poles has so many pieces but it is sturdy and looks nice!
