One standout feature is the viewing window, which makes it easy to monitor food while it’s frying without opening the lid and disrupting the cooking process.
Cleanup is simple, thanks to the easy-to-remove components that minimize mess and make maintenance hassle-free. For our first test run, we fried egg rolls using a blend of 80% peanut oil and 20% Wagyu tallow. The result was crisp, golden-brown perfection with an excellent balance of texture and flavor.

Great compact fryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a neat little fryer. It's compact, so you do need to cook in batches but the size is better for storing. It heats up quickly and maintains temperature well. It was very easy to clean. The oil filtration system is a huge bonus and worked well. The indicator light for heat can be hard to see unless you are looking over the top of it. I will be replacing my old deep fryer with this one.

It works great. The oil takes a little longer than expected to drain, but that is a small complaint. It does work as expected. It does only get up to around 375ºF, so if you're wanting to flash fry you will need to look elsewhere.

What a mess!

Seemed like a good idea, but the oil box is cheaply made and leaks everytime it moves. The rest of the concept seems good. But an oil box that leaks all around the lids, is a major design flaw. Used once. Probably never again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It was easy to keep my station and oil clean, and I was able to fry a LOT of egg rolls at once. This is definitely worth the money!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got my hands on the T-fal Ultimate EZ Clean Deep Fryer, and I’m already impressed with it. First of all, it’s a good size not too bulky but big enough to handle a decent amount of food. It can cook for up to 6 people, which is perfect for when I’m having family over.
The thing that really sold me was the oil filtration system. It automatically filters and stores the oil, which honestly is genius because I hate dealing with messy, gross oil after frying. Cleaning up is usually the worst part of using a deep fryer, but this one is supposed to make it super easy. Everything is also dishwasher safe, which is a huge plus. It cooks well and cleans up nicely this is going to be one of my favorite kitchen gadgets.
