Being only 4'9 the finishing touches was terrifying yet exciting at the same time. Recommend building with friends on this one,that way you don't feel like your doing the same thing over and over again

Very cool but repetitive

The end product is what made it worth it. As other reviews have said, it’s very repetitive to build. My biggest complaint is with the “legs” of the tower. The little crenellations or flourishes (whatever you want to call them) are very delicate. I had a day where pieces kept falling off and so I’d try to replace them, which would of course knock more pieces off. I almost gave up and needed to take about a week break. But it is an overall stunning piece.

Eiffel Tower

I thought this was a fun build. Yes it does repeat - a lot - but did you every see the Eiffel Tower? I don't know what the people who complained that it was repetitive were expecting. I was missing 1 piece, but I got creative, used 6 singles, and made sure it was easily accessible so when the correct part arrived I could swap it out without disassembling anything.
Fun build.

Not good

Very unstable and time consuming. This sets just not very stable and is poorly constructed. Contemplating torturing myself and fixing the broken arches or just quitting this set all together. I bought hundreds of lego sets in my lifetime and this is by far the most unstable and boring build I've ever done. Don't get this set

The build was a repetitive at times however it was still fun to do. Having just recently gotten to go to Paris and see it in real life made building it even more fun! It’s huge and I hope to make special minifigures of my spouse and I to add to it!

So may elements just fall off, it doesn't hold together well at all. Wish I knew before I spent so much money on it.

This is one of the largest sets I’ve ever built. Parts of the set were repetitive(the legs), as most large LEGO sets are. Think it looks amazing though, so coming from a LEGO collector, definitely worth the hours and the price.
I would recommend this to a friend!
