Buy now! Lost weight and I can sleep again!!!

I’ve had for about 6 months now and it has made a huge impact on my health. I’ve been able to pinpoint my sleep issues and move my body a lot more! I have even lost weight a total of 5 pounds not a ton but definitely a lot especially with not having to change my lifestyle just being a lot more aware of my health and heart. All thanks to my Oura ring!!! Absolutely must have.

It has been about a week since getting the Oura 4. The less obtrusive dimples make a difference. However, I've had the Oura 3 for years and found it reliable. Plus, the routine functionality upgrades are helpful.

I've had it a couple of weeks now and am impressed. I wear it all day and night and check the app often to see what changes are showing up. I wear it in the pool and the hot tub (for about 5 minutes) every day. I was worried about the heat, but it has not been affected. The shiny silver has not scratched yet, even while I am doing crafts at home with my granddaughters. I have other trackers that I use as well, and the information is pretty spot on. I love the extra features the Oura ring has over what I was already using.

Good resistance to scratch instead of Gen 3. Really confortable day and night. Realy acurate for movements, more than the gen 3. It tracks better sport, daily tasks.
