Awesome Purchase!!!

My husband purchased my Oura ring 4 for my 50th birthday (May 18) this year. I’m truly enjoying all the health features that the ring is able to track. I recently had spinal surgery. My ring picked up that my resting heart rate level were elevated at night, and made suggestion for what I should do throughout the day to recover. I mentioned this to my doctor who adjusted my medicine and we have seen a huge difference in my levels. My ring has also been instrumental in helping me stay on track of daily activities that are comfortable for me to do at this time. The Advisor feature, gives me excellent advice on healthy diet, and ways to reduce my daily stressors to name a few. The meditation feature has been wonderful as well. I purchased a year membership. Well, worth it!!!!

Absolutely love my Oura ring!

I bought the Oura Ring 3, originally, and loved it so much that I upgraded as soon as the Oura Ring 4 came out. I spoke so highly about it, my husband ended up purchasing it as well. It's really nice that you can use HSA/FSA funds to purchase, as well. The membership fee is worth every penny. I've owned many other health tracking wearables and this gives the best health insights, by far, of any that I've used!

I bought this one month ago and it is growing on me fast. I like the in-depth sleep information. the step count seems slightly inflated in some cases, but I am happy with the product overall.

Excellent ring! Comfy!!!

Bought one, but unfortunately in 5 days started acting weird, then stopped working. It happens, but! The Ladies and Gentlemen from OURA was kind enough to replace it, no questions asked!
Asked for a smaller size, for my wife (she used gen3 for ~2 years, still has good battery life, but gen 4 is more comfortable than 3), and it's simply great!
Guess, we are both happy oura users now :)
