The only complaint I have is the battery is already dead it won’t charge on the charger. I just purchased these products and I shouldn’t have battery problems already

This is power and easy to use. I like the flexibility of the handle. I can adjust it in many different positions for best height and comfort. I like the included shoulder strap the reduce the weight the hands have to hold.

We love our new "Green Works" tools. The old gas and mixed gas tools are gone for good. The quality and performance of our new string trimmer is far better than anticipated. The blower is much better than our old mixed gas model. Battery and charger are excellent with durability that beat our best estimations. Can freely and willingly recommend these "Green Works" tools to anyone.

Excellent leaf blower and weed eater combo

I bought this for my husband to replace his gas weed eater. It works great on bigger stalk weeds. Easy to handle. No need to mix Smelly oil and gas. The leaf blower is powerful and easy to handle. Bought this to replace an electric leaf blower. No need to mess with long extension cords getting caught on objects as you moved about the yard

I've only used this twice so far, but am very happy with it! I've used the budget model corded Greenworks string trimmer for years, but when that died, I wanted to upgrade to cordless. This thing is a little heavy but manageable, and works great on my dense weeds - battery life more than covers my little lot in one go. The string doesn't over-release and get tangled up like the cheaper version did either. My only complaints are that I wish it was waterproof so I could just hose it down to clean, and the battery charger is unexpectedly noisy .

Heavy and not well balanced

After my first use my arms are exhausted. I used the provide strap but it is not attached to the tool at the center of balance and you need a special wrench to move it which I don't have and they didn't provide. I'm going to work on getting the balance adjusted but it could have come that way out of the box.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We do recommend adjusting the handle. This adjustment can provide a better balance between the battery and the base. To adjust the balance of the unit, loosen the screws to move the auxiliary handle up and down the shaft till you are comfortable.
