Adjusting the handle can provide a better balance, this will help evenly distribute the weight between the battery and the base and should hopefully assist in a more enjoyable user experience but once you get used to it and find the balance point, it is easier to handle. The run time varies depending on the battery that it is being used in tool but also the load acting against the unit while in use. The less you have to say about a tool like this is a testimony to the tool. Gets the job done. Quick and easy. Cut right through areas where the sod was a little thicker and heavier. The battery held up fine even after it was partially spent from gutting the grass.
By the way... I love getting off my Greenworks rider, throwing up the seat for a battery and start trimming.

It’s horrible, can’t open it, string does not feed. It has to be returned. I’m very disappointed. It worked fine when in use, I only used it once before it became useless. Worked good with my 60 volt battery from my lawn mower

The trimmer head on this unit is made for easy replacement of the string on the spool. We understand that for some new customers this task may seem overwhelming/difficult but once they do it a few times it’s quite easy – as easy as replacing a spool. It is also cheaper and more convenient for customers to rewind the trimmer head because they can use any generic string trimmer line that is 0.095" or 0.080" in diameter; you may find this at your local hardware store.
Below are a few videos to assist you in rewinding the line! The only difference between the videos and what you'll be doing is that you will be turning the trimmer head versus the knob as referred to on page 11 of the owner's manual (link below).

Good weedeater. Has plenty of power and easy to re-string but terrible battery life. It normally lasts about 30 minutes on low/regular. It would be a great weedeater if it had better battery life.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have a small property, but haven’t run out of power yet. The guard limits the string length, which I wouldn’t mind being a little bit longer, but that’s the closest I can get to a complaint. The unit is light weight and well balanced.
