German works great bum feed I don't like it all doesn't seem to work found myself bumping it by my hand ..... Very annoying never liked the bump feed as for the trimmer itself it works fine

This trimmer hands down it one of the best trimmers I have owned. Being a homeowner I had gone through a bit. The battery last during all my yard trimmings with out having to switch batteries, the power is amazing! I wish I has brought this trimmer years ago.

This one replaced the prior model that I used for 5yrs without an issue and every bit as good. Only reason I bought a new one was to pass on the old to a family member. I also own a Greenwork mower that I love. Great products !!!

The first mower came without hardware for the handle, the mulch plug was missing, one of the two battery ports didn’t work, nor did the headlights. After over an hour on the phone with support, a replacement was on the way. Mower two is fully functional, but the mulch plug is missing (again), and part of the handle assembly is bent (maybe from shipping, but the box doesn’t clearly show damage). Waiting to see how it’ll be handled.
Despite the issues with getting a fully functional/undamaged product, the mower seems great. Built quality looks better than my corded Greenworks mower which served me well for eight years before I sold it in favor of this.

Used it a couple of times so far and it works well. I run the wheel along my driveway and the grass is on my right as I walk forward to edge the lawn. Unsurprisingly I scrape the driveway edge along the way and the blade isn’t affected, just keeps going. Pleased with this tool so far.

Have used this trimmer a few times. The string that came with the tool will not advance while cutting or when tapping it on the ground. My hand is not large enough to squeeze the tabs to open the cover so I have to wait for my son or brother-in-law to come over and take it off. Greenworks should consider women may be using their tools and design accordingly.
