Hard to use

This machine is heavy and hard to use I bought it because it was said to be so simple but hardly been able to use it for a year now just to bulky to handle correctly and now after rarely using it the string won’t wind getting blisters in my hands trying to turn the knob
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Features are great, but one bad point

The only problem I've had is that the string must not have been wound properly at the factory, because one side broke off at the head fairly quickly which required removing the head, the one bad point. The head is extremely hard to remove; I had to wedge the latches open with screwdrivers to get it off. And it was impossible to get back on until I put a little grease on the inside of the case above the latch holes.
Pros: Cost-Saver, Easy to Use, Quiet, Environmentally Safe, Effective, Powerful

Good tool looked used or reconditioned out of box

Ordered this and received it about 2-3 weeks ago. Upon opening the box I noticed the trimmer end was scuffed and had dents in the trimmer head. These were not from shipping as the packing was good inside the box. Tried the online chat but it was a computer and it kept saying it didn't recognize the model number so I gave up. Trimmer seems to work fine but like I said...its only been a few weeks. Wanted to get in touch with someone to see why the trimmer looked used.
Pros: Cost-Saver, Quiet, Environmentally Safe

Just picked this trimmer up, works fantastic and very lightweight (my old one was very heavy) plus it runs on same green works battery I’ve had for 4+ years!

60V cordless string trimmer

I got this Because the site said 65 minut run time with the 2.5 AH battery. So I ordered this setup with extra 2.5 AH battery so I would be able to work a couple hours or there about. Boy I was wrong. It also stated 50 minut charge time. But that turned into over an hour. And the run time turned int 30 minuts for each battery. So eather the site lied or the testers did. It does have plenty of power.But I can not even charge 1 battery while I am useing the other because once I use the one it needs to cool before charge then charge over an hour. SSi I would Like to know how it was tested, Did your testers actually cut grass or set on their butt for 30 minuts and cut for 30?

The run time varies depending on the tool that it is being used in but also the load acting against the unit while in use along with operator technique and more. The run-time of a battery would depend on the load acting on the unit while in use (speed, terrain, unit height, grass height, and density). Please be aware that the more power being used from the string trimmer (i.e.stings trimmer speed, terrain, grass height, density, etc.), the faster the battery charge will drain. These are very rough estimates and each user's experience will be different depending on the use and condition of their batteries. The actual run time received ultimately depends on the load acting against the unit while in use along with the operator technique. Unit has near zero starting torque. Wont work

Per testing on youtube, the unit has near zero starting torque and will not run accessories even if they physically will connect.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Awesome product!

Often when I purchase products online, they aren't quite what I expected. They are acceptable, but not great. This trimmer is an exception. It is an EXCEPTIONAL PRODUCT! The price was right, the delivery was super-fast, and the performance.......WOW! I just finished using it for the first time and trust me, it is everything you want in a trimmer and more. I have a steep hill in my backyard that I have been paying a company to cut each week because it is so steep and requires a powerful trimmer. I was able to knock it out in 30 minutes! The unit will pay for itself in a month! It is HEAVY; make no mistake. But it is powerful and will get the job done!
I now have a Greenworks mower, blower, and trimmer, and I am thoroughly satisfied with each one! THANK YOU!
