Works Great, Starts Every Time!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this in early July 2025. The string trimmer is easy to assemble, directions are clear, and the unit is ergonomic. It starts every time!! (not so with gas-powered trimmers). It cuts very evenly and well, the string is durable and so does not run out very soon, and the "bump" feature to advance more string is very convenient. It's a great garden tool!
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 2.5 years of ownership and this is easily my favorite GreenWorks product. So much so that I took it to my parent's place and showed it to them, and now my dad has one too! I let a friend borrow it, and he bought one soon after! It's just amazing, no fussing with a tiny little 2-stroke that refuses to idle. No engine screaming in your ear and dumping smelly exhaust all around your head. It's balanced amazingly well with the motor at the head and the battery at the top.
Pros: Convenient, Easy to Use, Quiet, Durable, Effective, Powerful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used this several times and so far so good. Wait for grass to be good and dry and also make sure that the string is full length--when it loses length it loses alot of cutting power. That said this unit has great power and seems to last about the 30-40 minutes it's supposed to. The serrated line that comes with the unit seems fine--I replace it about once a charge. Saving a star because I want to see how it will hold up.
